About RETURNS
- At Bigmark Media, your favourite gift is just around the corner. That said, there might arise an event when you want to return your course.
- In such case, all you need to do is send us an email request within 24 hours from the time your received your order at info@bigmarkmedia.in and/or you may call our Customer Care at +91 9823016554.
- We allow returns under the following conditions:
The course you’ve received is,
- Physically damaged,
- Course seal, if any, is tampered,
- Has missing components,
- Defective or different from the original course description.
It is highly recommended that you do not accept a shipment that has been damaged in transit if you get one. You can send the item back and ask for a replacement piece by contacting us.
- All returns must be done within 7 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
- Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns are subjected to rejection under the following conditions,
- The course returned is devoid of its original packaging and accessories, such as the original box, User’s Manual, and any other materials that were shipped along with it at the time of delivery.

CANCELLATION
- Cancellation of the course is allowed only under the condition that the cancellation request is made prior to the dispatch of the course, or when the course is still in the warehouse.
- The cancellation of your order can be done by sending an email request to info@bigmarkmedia.in to process the cancellation.
- The cancellation request email should bear the specific tracking identity number that the User has received upon purchasing.
- The shipment of the order is subject to cancellation under certain conditions such as:
- Course is out-of-stock.
- Repeated cancellation of the order.
- Delivery location is out-of-reach.
RETURN PROCESS
REFUNDS
- After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.
- Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
- Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received.
